Don't Be Fooled By Fitness Guru's: There Are Six Pack Abs Scams!

By: Ryan L. Freeman

As a member of the exercise community, I have to confess that most of my colleagues know that you are going to buy their workout product and never use it or give up on it quickly, and then buy the next biggest thing because it's TOO DIFFICULT or it's not working like it's supposed to. My associates in this business fully recognize that you're looking for a magic bullet!
The unconditioned newbie has absolutely NO IDEA what the hell's going on in this business and will believe whatever quickest results package they come across first. They're the unsuspecting candidates that keep my colleagues in business and the money rolling in for them.
There are fitness companies getting sued ALL THE TIME for fraudulent claims, injuries and even DEATHS... but, once the company die's off... something else is there to takes its place. Adding insult to injury are the diet pill companies who not only promise you the world but then urge you to ingest harmful chemicals that probably won't work for many of us anyway.
Since I'm very skeptical by nature so when my friend told me about a new downloadable six pack abs program on the internet I about blew a gasket. But, since she's usually right on in situations like this I at least owed it to her to hear her out.
When I read the website, I was pretty impressed with the content and the testimonials that were printed. However, I was a little skeptical because I know that it's pretty easy to get testimonials from newbies... after all... just by them getting off the sofa... they will generally see some kind of results.
Just because something comes in a nice package doesn't mean its a final fix for your problem. On the other hand I know from personal experience having been in the nutrition industry for some time now that you don't have to break your back with workouts 7 days a week either.
You have to wonder where the term 'beer belly' really cam from... Body types are different and sometimes such a simple fix like eliminating chemicals found in soda, diet and regular, can trigger your body into not storing certain fats in specific body area's.
Surprisingly, within a few days, she asked me again if I had bought the package and I replied that I hadn't as of yet. Of course, she reprimanded me for being so heartless and not believing in her.
I wanted to see what kind of response I would get so I got to work... I have some contacts in the fitness industry so I did some calling that afternoon and got the email address of the author. I shot him a quick but, pointed note about his no more beer belly-six pack abs program and why I felt it wouldn't work.
The next morning, I had a reply from him... I didn't expect it to turn out like this though!
