As opposed to stalling, I choose to dive straight into how to improve vision. There are 3 ingredients to the natural approach to improve vision. Eye strengthening exercises. 3. Eye supplements. The answer to become familiar with the vision habits of part 1 are the eye exercises. If you obtain the right vision habits, and you see the manner you're meant to see, then you will have perfect vision.
